I’m Aaron Cardelino, a bilingual (English/Spanish) business and product development leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth, scaling operations, and building successful companies across the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. With a proven track record across industries such as clean energy, industrial equipment, manufacturing, emergency power systems, and high-volume service businesses, I bring a unique blend of global perspective, hands-on leadership, and strategic execution.
Throughout my career, I’ve led commercial operations in over 20 international markets, managed multi-site businesses, and served as the key liaison between regional stakeholders and global manufacturing hubs. I specialize in designing go-to-market strategies, building distribution networks, executing M&A due diligence, and delivering high-impact results in complex, fast-moving environments.
My most recent venture involved acquiring and turning around a failing laundromat in South Florida. Over six years, I transformed it into a multi-location, tech-enabled laundry and dry-cleaning company with residential pickup and delivery, route optimization systems, and B2B commercial service offerings. I scaled the business to 30+ employees, built a brand trusted by thousands of customers, and successfully exited through acquisition.
This hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to build a business from scratch — from developing internal systems and recruiting teams to managing P&L, customer relationships, and long-term strategy. I learned to operate lean, move quickly, and stay close to both the customer and the numbers.
Before launching my own company, I served as the Regional Business Development Manager for Generac Power Systems, where I led commercial growth in 20+ LATAM countries. I managed strategic partnerships, developed distribution channels, and coordinated operations between manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin and Europe. My ability to connect global strategy with local execution helped drive regional expansion in energy and emergency power solutions.
I also worked as an International Brand Manager for Rubi Tools, headquartered in Barcelona. From my base in Miami, I developed localized brand strategies, launched products across LATAM and the Caribbean, and built long-term relationships with regional distributors — acting as the key commercial bridge between Europe and the Americas.
Whether working with family-owned businesses, international brands, or startups, I thrive in environments that require clarity, bold execution, and a deep understanding of both strategy and operations.
Outside of business, I’m passionate about living a full, intentional life. I find clarity and strength in the great outdoors — from the mountains to the ocean. I train regularly in mountaineering, mountain biking, and personal defense, and I’m always up for a challenge that pushes me mentally and physically. I believe that personal discipline, adventure, and self-awareness are key to being an effective leader, a present father, and a better human overall.
